Synopsis

On American roads Laurie, Kristy and Linda live alone in their vehicle. With no savings, these three 60-year-olds are fleeing in their own way a part of their history that has shattered them. Each one looking for some form of appeasement. But over the miles and seasons, despite an impressive temerity and resilience, their quest for the ideal is undermined by unexpected events within an America in crisis. Will they manage at the end of the road, to find this much desired serenity and become someone again?
